is a Canadian owned and operated company involved in the retrieval,
processing and distribution of "lost" timber from the heyday of 19th century Ottawa Valley
logging operations. Many logs are recovered through diving operations on the Ottawa River,
while others are obtained from abandoned sites throughout the Ottawa Valley.
Logs End does not cut down any living trees in its operation. |

The Habitat ReStore recycles and sells quality, new and used, donated building materials, hardware, fixtures and other similar supplies. Habitat ReStore is a retail outlet open to anyone in the community who is interested in purchasing building materials at prices below regular retail cost. As a fund-raising effort, Habitat ReStore profits are used to help cover the day-to-day and administrative costs of Habitat for Humanity NCR. This allows us to put your financial donations directly toward building homes in partnership with low-income families. |
